These terms explain how you may use gallopedu.com. Site content is general educational information about our services. These terms are a website notice, not a consulting contract, and they do not replace publisher copyright licenses or any consent a student or family gave us to display their materials.

General educational information

Gallop Education publishes this website for general educational information about education and career consulting. Content may change, and we may correct errors when we find them. Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, medical, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for official school, government, or testing-agency publications. Using this site or sending a consultation request does not create an advisor–client relationship until we confirm one in writing.

Rankings, school information, and deadlines

University rankings, school names, program descriptions, dates, and deadlines on this site may change. Treat them as a starting reference only. They do not measure academic fit, program quality, cost, or student experience. Ranking data is attributed to the original publishers. Copyright in those rankings belongs to the publishers. Gallop Education has no official affiliation or partnership with U.S. News or QS unless we say so. For the complete list, methodology, current requirements, and deadlines, use the publisher’s or school’s own site. These terms do not replace publisher copyright licenses.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, academic grades, appeal results, test scores, scholarships, or employment outcomes. Academic appeals support is education consulting and document preparation. It is not legal representation and it does not promise that a school will change its decision. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the student’s record, the institution’s process, and third-party decisions.

Accurate information and official requirements

If you submit a consultation request, you must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for verifying official school, program, visa, and testing requirements, including deadlines, on the relevant official websites and communications. Do not rely only on this website for a requirement that can change.

Success stories

Offer materials and outcome stories are examples of past work. They are privacy-processed: personal details are removed or reduced. Past results do not mean a future student will obtain the same admission, scholarship, job, grade, visa, or appeal result. Display of a case on this site depends on the permissions we have for that material. These terms do not replace any consent a student or family gave us to show their materials, and they do not expand that consent.

School names, logos, images, and trademarks

Photographs, logos, icons, school names, and other images on this site may be our own, licensed, or used as fair reference (for example school marks in a ranking table or offer collage). School, publisher, and other third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain their property. Use on this site does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless we say so. You may not copy these materials for your own commercial use. These terms do not replace the image licenses, trademark rights, or consents that cover those files.

Third-party sites and external links

This site links to ranking publishers, universities, WeChat, email, font providers, and other independent services. We do not control those sites. Their terms and privacy rules apply when you leave gallopedu.com. A link is not an endorsement. If a third-party site is unavailable or its content is wrong, that is outside this website notice, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Consultation requests

Submitting the booking form is a request for a conversation, not a confirmed meeting. Before you submit, you must agree to the Terms of Use, acknowledge the Privacy Policy, and consent to be contacted about this request. An advisor will follow up by email or WeChat. Required consent on the form covers processing described in that policy and contacting you about this request.

Separate Service Agreements

If you later enter into a separate written service agreement with Gallop Education, that agreement governs the paid consulting or educational services described in it. These Terms govern use of the website. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for the covered services.

Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gallop Education and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability arising from website use is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim for the related service, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. Some places do not allow these limits; there, only the limits the law allows will apply. These terms do not limit liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow that limit, or for any other liability that applicable law says cannot be limited.
