Corporate leadership and high-potential teams
Leadership groups and high-potential teams that want one shared brief, designed around the organization’s goals.
Executive Education & Institutional Programs
Designed for corporate leadership teams, industry associations, universities, and professional cohorts, Gallop Education coordinates needs assessment, program design, academic-resource liaison, campus-based learning arrangements, and Boston innovation visits. Opportunities involving relevant Harvard program resources may be coordinated subject to project-specific written confirmation.
Built for groups that want a private program, not a seat in an open-enrollment class.
Leadership groups and high-potential teams that want one shared brief, designed around the organization’s goals.
Associations and professional bodies bringing members together as a single cohort.
Universities, research organizations, and faculty or staff groups seeking a coordinated campus-based program.
Teams in healthcare, education, technology, and innovation that need the content shaped to their field.
Each engagement is designed for one organization. The figures below are suggested baselines and remain subject to final written confirmation.
Your group learns together. The program is not mixed into an open-enrollment class.
Recommended for 25 or more participants. A smaller or larger group can be discussed and is subject to final written confirmation.
A 3-day baseline, extendable to 4–5 days or longer when the brief calls for it. Length is not fixed until the written confirmation.
Topics, cases, and pace are shaped by industry, seniority, and the goals you name.
Consecutive or simultaneous interpreting, and bilingual materials, can be arranged when the cohort needs them.
These directions are starting points for design. They are not a fixed list of host schools, and they do not assign a program to any one faculty or campus unit.
01
For cohorts working on health systems, medical innovation, or applied artificial intelligence.
02
For groups that want policy context, macroeconomic trends, and leadership practice in one arc.
03
For education leaders and institutions thinking about change and how learning is organized.
04
For teams linking strategy with digital change and how the organization actually works.
05
For cohorts dealing with cross-border work, compliance questions, negotiation, and risk.
Sample only; final program confirmation governs
A baseline shape for discussion. It does not name instructors, rooms, or hosts, and it does not include a banquet or ceremony.
Day 1
A working opening, a briefing on trends relevant to the cohort, and case learning tied to the group’s industry.
Day 2
Leadership and organizational change, working simulations, and structured feedback.
Day 3
Time to turn the discussion into action plans and close the working session.
Add only what the cohort needs. Visits and documentation stay within the law and the host’s rules, and a visit does not mean Gallop represents the place you visit.
Consecutive or simultaneous interpreting when the room needs more than one working language.
Readings and working notes can be prepared in Chinese and English.
Optional visits in Boston’s innovation landscape, scheduled around the learning days.
A Gallop coordinator can be with the cohort during the program days.
Support for project paperwork, only where the law and the host’s rules allow it.
Optional, including MIT when it fits the brief. Every visit depends on booking and the host’s approval. A visit is not an endorsement.
Five steps, from the first conversation to a debrief. Academic resources and dates are not treated as final until they are confirmed in writing.
We learn the organization’s goals, audience, constraints, language needs, and preferred timing.
A first outline of themes, a suggested length, and a suggested cohort size. It is a draft, not a confirmation.
Instructors, affiliations, dates, and venues are confirmed in writing. Until that document exists, they are not settled.
Scope, roles, and the working plan are written down before delivery.
The cohort runs, then we review what happened and what the organization wants to do next.
These programs are organized for institutions and cohorts first. An individual request is assessed on its own and is not automatically added to an organizational group.
A private cohort is suggested from 25 participants. Duration uses a 3-day baseline and can extend to 4–5 days or longer. Headcount and length stay subject to final written confirmation.
No. Instructors and any university affiliation are set only in the final written confirmation for that engagement. A preliminary conversation does not lock in faculty.
No. Certificates and digital-platform access, including Canvas, are not a standard part of the program. If a host confirms either, that host’s written confirmation governs.
Gallop can help prepare project paperwork only where the rules allow. Invitation letters, visa filings, and visa outcomes are outside what Gallop can promise. Host rules and the final written confirmation govern.
Each program is quoted for that organization. This site does not publish a fixed price.
